Central Milling

Central Milling is an employee-owned mill, proudly located in Utah. With a truly diverse offering of ancient grains and more modern flours, we love their attention to detail, array in products, and excellent customer relations. We’ve sourced all of our flours from Central Milling from the beginning. They truly are the gold standard for the essential ingredient in our Flatbread Sandwiches.

Our produce is grown in Orland, CA, by Capay Farms — for over three decades, they’ve grown exceptional produce with their environmental footprint in mind. They’re leaders in building sustainable, clean systems into their planting, crop maintenance, and harvesting operations, and we think their products are superior because of time, attention, and dedication their team puts into each crop.

Muzzi Family Farms

We’re proud to partner with Muzzi Family Farms for the fresh spinach in our Flatbread Sandwiches. Founded more than 50 years ago in Salinas, California, by Dominic and Martha Muzzi, the family farm is known for exceptional produce and a commitment to quality. Their dedication to growing and harvesting fresh spinach ensures every bite is full of flavor, so you can enjoy premium ingredients grown with care and integrity.

We’re proud to partner with Ciuti International, a relationship that began years ago as fellow vendors at a local farmers market. Today, we still receive their olive oil fresh from the press. Their commitment to sourcing exceptional oils and crafting premium olive oil makes them the perfect partner for Bolani. Every one of our sauces is made with Ciuti olive oil, bringing rich, authentic flavor to every bite.
